Insurance

Most insurance pay for speech therapy, such as aphasia therapy, usually with a limit. You can learn more about your speech therapy coverage by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. You may also contact me so that I may verify benefits with the insurance carrier on your behalf.

If you have another insurance carrier, I will be happy to bill directly to your insurance company as a courtesy to assist you in trying to secure reimbursement. You will, however, be responsible for paying for the session in full at the time of your visit.

All payments, including co-pays and co-insurance, must be paid at the time of visit in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

Payment: Due at first appointment:

Assessment, Home Practice Materials & 4 Sessions...$515

Subsequent sessions are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50 is due.
